It’s our birthday, so we are celebrating with a variety of free activities and entertainment through the day on Saturday 25th June. We’ve got music from Dave Nelson, circus skills in the Hall, A Chance to Dance in the Courtyard and a performance from Annapurna Indian Dance, plus free birthday cake (vegan and gluten-free varieties included), from 3pm in the Hall.

Help us to create some special art on the day, with our free photo collage activity! Create your own fantasy landscape featuring images of the Town Hall, Hebden Bridge and the rest of the world!

This is a free family activity running all day in the Waterfront Hall with artist Jeffrey Andrews, sessions will run hourly but there is no need to book, just turn up and get involved!

Circus Skills with CI Adventures - from 10am in the Waterfront Hall Suitable for all ages and skill levels, just drop in
A Chance to Dance with Marguerite - from 10am in the Courtyard Dance sessions for all in the courtyard, happening throughout the day
Facepainting - from 10am to 12pm in the Courtyard Free facepainting for all
Placemaking Photocollage Craft Activity - drop-in, 10am onwards in the Waterfront Hall Family collage craft sessions in the Hall
Stiltwalkers - throughout the day in St George’s Square Directing people to the Town Hall!
Dave Nelson - 11.30am in the Courtyard Piano and jazz tunes
Annapurna Indian Dance Performance - 1.30pm in the Courtyard Performance by dance artist Priya
Queen’s Speech - 3pm in the Waterfront Hall Queen Lizzie Battenburg will be giving a speech via video!
Free Birthday Cake - served from 3pm in the Waterfront Hall Come and take a slice!
