Hebden Bridge Print Fair 2024
Stallholder Information and Application Form
The Hebden Bridge Print Fair returns to the Town Hall on Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd of September, for a weekend-long event featuring more than twenty stalls from local printmakers in the Waterfront Hall.
This is the 9th year that we will have held our wonderful Print Fair at The Town Hall, and it’s such a tremendously popular event we have continued to extend it over both days of the weekend. The Print Fair is free to attend on both days, and exhibitors will change from Saturday to Sunday, so be sure to head down on both days to make sure you’ve seen all the stalls! The event will run from 11:00am - 5:00pm on both days.
We are accepting applications from artists and printmakers from Monday 3rd June 2024 through until midnight on Monday 7th July 2024. If you would like to be considered for a stall, please complete the application form below.

The cost of having a stall at the Print Fair is £45 for one day, or £90 for the full weekend. Stallholders may apply to take part on Saturday, Sunday, or both days, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your choice of day/s.
A “stall” is a standard table and two chairs which we will provide. We currently have two slightly different sizes of table (1.5m x 0.75m and 1.6m x 0.8m), and we cannot guarantee which size you will be allocated. If you would like to bring your own table instead, please ensure that it does not exceed 1.6m x 0.8m, and contact us to let us know. Please bring your own stands, table covers, and stall supports. Print browsers are allowed on the floor, but space in the room is limited, and you must be considerate to your neighbouring Stallholders! Artwork may be attached to the walls using white tack or by using the STAS gallery rail, but please be prepared to use a ladder.
The Town Hall will open at 4pm for installation on Friday 22nd September, and Stallholders are required to vacate the Waterfront Hall by 6pm after their last day trading. Please note that the Town Hall does not have any parking, but there is a pay and display car park directly opposite, as well as ramp access at the side entrance.
Applications for Stallholders are now open until midnight on Sunday 16th July. Stall allocations will be made to ensure a variety of techniques, a mix of prices, and plenty of inspiration. All successful applications will be notified as soon as possible. If your application is successful, you will be required to pay the stall fee of £45/£90 by 31st August. Fee invoices will be sent via email to the address on your application. If payment has not been received by 31st August, your place will be released and offered to the next person on the reserve list.
Please read through the Stallholder and Exhibitor Agreement before submitting your application, and if you have any questions, please contact us.
Applications for the 2024 Print Fair are now closed.
