A supportive and relaxed book club begins in February reading The Mind-Body Stress Reset by Rebekkah LaDyne
The Well Being Book Club is a holistic wellness and stress reduction book club, offering do-it-yourself techniques and ideas to help reset your body and mind, ease stress and cultivate calm!

By following a chosen book, we will meet every fortnight in person and encourage each other to explore proven reset techniques and benefit from making lasting change.
The group is led by Kay Reynolds MHFT, who is based at Hebden Bridge Town Hall and has many years of experience in talking therapy and remedial massage. The first book will be The Mind-Body Stress Reset by Rebekkah LaDyne, and the first block of eight sessions starts on Tuesday 21st February book now on the book club’s website.
